Playful Protection for Martial Arts Families

Hi, I’m Linzie—a 39-year-old mom, beginner martial artist, and the founder of Security Detail. This brand started as an inside joke in our family that quickly became something more: my husband and kids are my security detail.

For over five years, my two children—now in elementary and middle school—have been training in Muay Thai. They’ve recently added Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to the mix. As for me? I’m the late bloomer. I finally joined the fun about 18 months ago and I’m still rocking my white belt with pride (and a healthy dose of humility). Let’s just say—if someone needs backup, I’m not the first call.

But honestly, that’s the heart of Security Detail.
It’s about families who train together.
It’s about raising strong, confident kids.
It’s about laughing, learning, and building resilience side-by-side.

When we travel, I genuinely feel safer knowing my family has the skills to handle themselves. I may be the newest on the mat, but I know my security team has me covered.
